New IBS symptom - waking up with stomach pain

I think I have a new IBS symptom? It’s super weird. For the past 4 or so months, I always wake up with stomach pain. You know the sour pain that you get when you really have to poop? I get that, but as soon as I wake up in the morning. And no, I don’t actually have to poop. Trust me, I’ve tried to go but end up not going until my normal time. Does anyone else wake up like this? I have IBS-C, but I haven’t had a real flare ip in a long time.

I actually had similar symptom recently. I don't have IBS-C. I was misdiagnosed with that at one point, but I actually have intestinal dysmotility and dysenergic defecation which has similar symptoms to IBS-C. When I started having the stomach pain they did a colonoscopy and an endoscopy. I ended up having chronic duodenitis with no known cause and an ulcer in my colon.
