New Member Seeking Advice on Hydration for MM

Just joining today. Hoping to learn more about MM. One question I did have, can anyone tell me if they we told what hydration meant? I know it’s water, but other things that can be considered. Currently I drink about 80oz of water and a couple of caffeine free tea a day with Splenda in it. All my life until a few months ago I thought I was a super hydrated person with all the working out I did.

I suggest you contact your medical provider for the question hydration. Is it possible that you could over hydrate?

It sounds like your drinking plenty of water/liquids to me. I drink 64 oz a day which is generally the commonly recommended amount. You know your not drinking enough if your urine is very yellow.

I go by "pee" color ... light yellow is the target ... I'm also very careful what chemicals are in the stuff I consume .. not a fan or Splenda or the other fake sugars ... stevia seems to be ok, but there are a lot of them out that include other stuff. I was diagnosed at the end of 2015 and started by reading "killing cancer not people" book ... The biggest thing I do is to laugh at EVERYTHING ... there are a number of chemicals naturally created by laughter that are healthy and beneficial. Remember that not every day is going to be great, but it really beats the alternative ... and that's funny!

Here are a few super hydrating suggestions others have shared with MM: Coconut Water. Another is adding “Drip Drops” or something similar called “Liquid IV” to your water.
