I was diagnosed 2016 and the temperature changes have only been this last year. Feels like i can't control my internal body temp I can tell if the temp around me goes up or down by 2 degrees it get crazy sometimes i can feel ok then walk to another room of my house and the temp in that room affects me like shivering or sweating. Is this what ur experiencing? I can feel it in my breathe and on my skin and like inside my gut.

Same experience for me. Even standing next to a window will change my physical response.

Try to distract yourself in those moments. Have a YouTube playlist of funny things, or something to read on your phone, or sing a song you love.
