Suicidal intrusive thoughts

A lot of the time you get bizarre intrusive thoughts. I know that OCD is also on a spectrum, like everything else. Even though I was diagnosed with OCD, the person who diagnosed me also said my OCD is mostly obsessive and not always compulsive. I have them, I am just able to control most of them because of how messed up I was raised as a child.

Common but not often talked about: fear-of-being-pedophilic intrusive thoughts. Usually along the lines of "aww that baby is so cute. Oh god, what if I'm a pedophile because I think that baby is cute"
