Non-medication solutions for mental health?

Is there anything that helpled you guys that wasn't medications? I currently don't have access due to person reason.

Depends on what you need the medication for? If trazodone for sleep you can try melatonin?

Certain meds Im on I can tell a big difference when not taking them verses when I do take them. My biggest difference is my anxiety/depression meds I can tell a big difference and it usually makes me if worse when I do not take them cause I have physical side effects when I do not take them

Yes 10 mg of melatonin should do the trick. That’s if you’re looking for a sleep aid.

Stretching before bed, melatonin (only should be taken for a week tops though!) chamomile tea, CBD, turning off your phone an hour before bed, magnesium supplement

Kratom is absolutely amazing. C.B.D. is also v+ery helpful depending on what you are using it for. In the store I work in sells both products and we do extensive research before we bring anything into the store!! There is always T.H.C. as long as you use it properly. We don't sell T.H.C. in the store. Connecticut is the state I live in and it just ok'd recreational use of it. We won't have dispensaries until middle to end of 2022 for people to buy from. In 2023 we can grow 4 plants per house hold that as soon as its ready to be used it has to be in a lock box or safe. You also have to be 21 to legally use or carry it with you. Between my doctor prescribed meds,C.B.D. and Krstom my Fibromyalgia pain is under better control but never 100% gone. I hope this helps

without knowing what you are trying to fix its hard to help. I use Marijuana to curve my mental health issues and my insomnia

I use marijuana also but I also do massage therapy twice a month, I’ve done epsom salt floats, hot baths/hot tub, icy hot patches, heating pad.

Depending on what you suffer from ... I suffer from anxiety, depression, and insomnia ... While I take medication, I also practice meditation and mindfulness, which help me a lot 🙌
