Prescription medications didn't work for me. At least not for longer than a week. I've been on Delta 8 for months now and honestly I can sleep better and I feel almost back to normal.

There’s multiple pain gels (salonpas, icy hot, etc) that you can try and see what you like best. The other thing I can recommend is ice packs or heating pads. If you can manage it on good days, light stretching can help too

I feel like I don't feel my pain/realize it's there, unless I hit/bump myself on something. Then it's like I just tried to murder myself!
