Unfortunately, I experienced increased stress and anxiety with coffee. Also made it harder to get good sleep 😴 No experience with nicotine other than it makes me dizzy and very ill.

When I have coffee too late in the day, I have a hard time getting to sleep. I do have a easier time focusing, but I crash hard enough that I'm exhausted for a little while.

Coffee has worked well before but I don’t like using it cause I have to carry it around all the time, taking little sips every once in a while to avoid overstimulating myself from my heart racing.
