Nose Bleeds with Allergic Rhinitis and POTS

I've had allergic rhinitis pretty much my whole life. Since I started experiencing POTS, I think it got worse. Before POTS, I never experienced nose bleeds. Now, I get minor nose bleeds every day when blowing my nose. Does anyone else experience this or know why it happens? The only related medicine I am on is a low dose of midodrine.

I don't have pots, however I do get nose bleeds when pollen is high, so i know how much it sucks.
