I peed before I go to sleep but when I officially feel like I'm about to knock out I go to the bathroom one more time to make sure I don't pee myself at night

Same here, i honestly never considered this to be apart of my OCD but it's like a routine that even if I have a SIP of water or anything, i have to pee before I even lay down because the idea of that humiliation still haunts me even more so as an adult sharing a bed w my fiancè. Like once i even wake up to go to the bathroom i bite my tongue to make sure im awake so im not piss dreaming

I do something very similar, I always have to pee before I go to bed or else it stresses me out and I focus on it lol

yes!! all the time. it’s even worse when i know i have to be in the car for a while

I had this as a kid. My parents even had my bladder tested.

i have OCD and do the same thing! i’ve been tested for over active bladder and everything else under the sun i’m always told you just might have a small bladder and there’s nothing wrong. i never thought this could be related to my OCD.
