I would start by recommending seeing if your insurance or state has care coordinators, they can be hard to get an appointment with but have been incredibly helpful to me. Secondly without specific providers I have found that resources sutch as ADDitude and autismandADHD.org as well as some of the more reputable Instagram accounts have helped me understand my brain as a AUDHD woman, and helped me have the words and resources to share with those around me needing to me feeling more understand and safe. I have struggled with medications effecting the way that my autism prevents its self, if you think that it may be a concern I recommend finding a psychiatrist that has experience in the combination of ADHD and Autism even if the are vertual.
