Has anyone experienced bone loss with Orlissa?

Has anyone taken Orlissa and had bone loss/density issues after only a short time? I was on a plan of Orlissa for a relatively short duration to bide time until surgery. In the few months since I have had compounding back issues, which I chalked up to recovery. Then this week I’ve had significant neck pain and in the weeks before that I had other related symptoms that an MRI showed was related to spine problems. Other than my surgery and endometriosis diagnosis, nothing other remarkable has happened to explain the pain. I have wondered if there was any possibility that the bone loss side affects of Orlissa could present after only a few months of use.

Yes, they can. I just stopped taking Orilissa due to horrible joint and bone pain that was seriously affecting my mobility. Towards the start of my third month on it, I started to notice my joints, becoming more and more stiff and painful each day. My primary care provider also ran tests on my vitamin D and calcium levels, which were both almost to the point of being dangerously low. So yes, it could be the source of your pain potentially. ❤️
