Looking for OTC Migraine Relief

Is there any OTC relief that you take for your your migraines that really seems to help. I've thought about trying cbd oils but I want to make sure it's something that works. I use a migraine relief liquid stick that I rub on my forehead and neck which seems to help a little bit. I've also used Excedrin with little relief.

It depends on how bad the migraine is. I usually mix ibuprofen and Tylenol, then put a cold rag over my forehead and eyes, and sleep in a very dark room for as long as I can. Lol

I use prescription strength naproxen. (2 1/2 otc tablets worth) alternated with 800 mg ibuprofen. Depends on how bad the migraine is if it works well.

Have you tried plant based products to help relieve your pain?
