Overcoming OCD Checking Rituals

I’m finally making myself not do checking rituals regardless of how stressed and anxious it makes me, because I don’t want to be like this for the rest of my life and it’s the only way out. Mindfulness everyday too. It’s really hard, but I’ve got to do it 😣💪🏼🧠💗

It's tough at first but forcing myself to ignore these kinds of thoughts has been a big step in my recovery, it gets easier as time goes on
