Do people with this condition usually have an overappetite? Like over eating?

Quite the opposite, in my case. I have quick satiety. Sometimes more than an apple for lunch can make me feel like I'm about to explode.

Well that's nice I wish, but not eating makes my pain worse.

Yeah not me, I have no appetite, unless on massive steroids dosing, and when I eat I often get overfull from almost nothing.

I have times where I feel like I can eat everything in sight but most of the time I have little to no appetite. I try to be careful when I'm feeling really hungry because I know if I eat too much I'll be in severe pain.

I once had that issue with over eating and they found out it was due to blockage… I KNEW THERE WAS AN ISSUE AND FOUGHT FOR THE CT SCAN!! If you’re gaining weight it’s not normal
