If you think it would help with your anxiety then absolutely! I've been a thumb sucker since I was a kid and a pacifier would definitely be easier. However, depending on how and what triggers your anxiety, it could make your anxiety worse, so definitely make sure you're in a safe space

been biting my nails and lips till it hurts and yeah sometimes suck my thumb or chewing pens (lucky i don't have braces) a pacifier seems like it could replace some of those bad habits but also doesn't feel an awful lot like a step in the right direction I'd love to hear more thoughts on this Does it solve problems or become one?
