Crochet, watch TV, and play games on my phone. I play quite a few so when I loose lives on one I can play another. I also do art but that can get hard when the pain is extreme. I like doing color by number books and things like that.

There’s a really lovely game that’s been helping distract me a lot lately called Mutazione (it’s available in the App Store and on consoles) without giving too much away, you play as a character going to care for their grandfather who’s a shaman and you learn how to grow plants that play special melodies to help heal the people on the island, and as you play and walk around you overhear their conversations and the different things going on in their lives, so it gives you the distraction of music, a game, and a TV show as well, all with the objective of healing.
