Drawing or listening to music helps me sometimes. Anything that you enjoy doing that can distract your mind. I also use this video to help me during panic attacks, it might work. https://youtu.be/vXZ5l7G6T2I Hope you feel better soon🫶🏼

Music! Or play your favorite or comfort TV show with headphones. Also, the "TIPP" DBT skill(the easiest place to start is go get ice).

I like to listen to calming songs that u like to listen to mainly with words so I can focus on that.
