I'm not sure if its concidered "normal", however its happened to me, and personally it was because of the realization of a new setting and the unknown of what may happen, but just know you're not alone on that, even if it's not "normal"

i totally get that. I really struggle with bathrooms in new spaces. They always feel dirty to me and its just like the mere thought of using it and showering is making me itch- i know that sounds insane but i showered here for the first time and im not doing well here at all LOL

Yes, for me, it is to learn the new layout, new surroundings, and neighbors, even where all the light switches are and am I going to comfortable there and my new environment and surroundings am I safe, so to sleep better I got a weighted blanket for good 😴 at night to halt my anxiety
