Panic Attack Triggers: Slow Motion Sounds and Sweating

I start to notice I'm having an panic attack when I hear all sounds in slow motion and I sweat. Does anyone else have these triggers or anything related to it?

Yes!! I have a trigger with sounds especially, if everyone is doing something different and too much is happening I’m not aware of my hearing will almost fade in and out to avoid this fear. Just with my anxiety disorders alone I’m naturally sweaty, but panic attacks make it far worse. Almost like you’ve ran a marathon in your head. In public it’s worse because people constantly ask if you’re okay. I never know what to say and I end up looking at them like “duh!!!” But they can’t see it so it’s hard sometimes

I know I am overstimulated when the lights look brighter at work. I think I get triggered when it feels like everything is happening at once and I can’t keep up
