Panic Attack While Driving: What Should I Do?

I was driving last eeek and hands, arms and face started tingling. Got worse, pulled over and called 911. I did not have a stroke or heart attack and they said it was a panic attack/anxiety. I now can’t get rid of the feeling like something bad is going to happen to me. I’m afraid this will happen again

No it does not. That is the first time it has happened to me. I just recently developed anxiety. Never dealt with it before in my life. I am peri menopausal and now always worried about my health. I started therapy this morning. She said it most certainly can cause these feelings of anxiety. I do not want to take medication. I tried it and I don’t like the way it makes me feel. I am hopeful after my therapy session that this is only a temporary thing and will overcome it.
