Struggling with Panic Attacks and Nausea

I've had panic disorder for a while now and have gotten under control in the past but the last 2 months have been brutal. I've been waking up in a panic attack and not eating a lot as it causes nausea. has anyone else felt like this?

Yes I experienced it to just watch funny movies or listen to your most favorite music and try to get lots of rest

yeah I do that too. Sometimes my mind is so fixated on the fact that im having a panic attack that it's hard to focus on anything else. Deep down I know it's all just an episode and nothing is truly wrong. But man is it hard

Yes. I wake up drenched in sweat shivering and terrified with no obvious cause. It's aweful.

Yes I relate to this. Sometimes when I’m trying to fall asleep I feel panicked & it’s hard to catch my breath. I also find it hard to eat when I’m feeling anxious. What’s helped me is running & doing cardio. This helps me work up an appetite & helps me sleep better 👍
