i take the mixture of klonopin and paxil. I like klonopin bc of its long acting. Also the paxil helps too bc its an anti depressant w mostly ant anxiety qualities. Its nice hearing klonopin helps others too. I just hate how docs are sooo hesitant these days too put ppl on benzos. Its sad. I think soo long as ur taking other non narc meds w it to curb ur anxiety or using skills that are coping mechanims like what u said. Therapy and dbt are best too. I look at it as a long term cancer pt taking morphine as needed.

if it had such a raw dark effect on you please do not take it and tell your doctor it effected you badly and you wish to have the documented. I would ask for a genetic test that will show you a list of medications that work with your genetics! I got one and that how I found out klonopin would work!
