Concerns about Passing on Gut Microbiome to Breastfed Baby

I'm a breastfeeding first time mum to a 3 month old and I've heard that you give your gut microbiome to your child through your breast milk. Is there anyone out there that can verify this? I really don't want my child to have the same problems as me but I would like to know what the future holds if they will

Certain compounds can be transferred in breast milk but the passing of the microbiome starts in the womb. Being aware of the link between mom and baby is the first step so good on you! Diet, environment, and stress have major impacts so try not to worry too much about what you are passing since you still have control over the other things.
