Struggling with PCOS and Irregular Periods

Does anyone else with PCOS struggle to get a period? Right before covid started I stopped having periods after being extremely regular for years and have only had a hand full of "periods" more like spotting in the last 2 years along with excessive weight gain. Any tips aside from meds that helped you regulate and lose weight?

I definitely struggle to get a person 🙌🏼 I am currently battling weight gain as well The doctor tells us to go on a diet and exercise but I'm not responsible enough to stay on a diet....and too nervous exercise. But its definitely needed. Exercise will help a lot, even if it's just 1 minute a day . It's a starting point... Stay away from treats, you can spoil yourself every once in a while... But create a routine. Find out which point of the day that you feel active. Go on YouTube and find a good PCOS workout that you like.
