Struggling with PCOS and Trying to Conceive

Has anyone with PCOS successfully become pregnant without the help of medication? I've tried to track my ovulation but I've never been able to pin point it even after testing every day for a month. My periods are only starting to become regular with the help of Metformin, but I'm still not ovulating. How did you do it?

My now three year old was without meds. Five years of trying, a twin miscarriage after ovulation stimulation annnnnnd... he shows up on his own.

I didn't use medication. I tried a more natural method. Though they don't work for everyone. I found out why hormone of mine were the most out of wack and from there I tried drinking some different types of teas and taking vitamins to balance out the levels. Though this could use research and talking with your doctor of course.
