Concerns about PCOS Symptoms as a Transgender Male

I haven't been diagnosed but I'm a seventeen year old transgender male, I haven't had my period in about three months and I'm not sexually active. I've had a friend who does have PCOS talk to me about having it, and she says I express some of the symptoms and I don't know what to do. I neither want nor can go to get tested for it.

If you are interested in taking testosterone in the future, PCOS is a condition that may complicate that. However, there are many, many accounts of trans people with PCOS safely and successfully getting hormone treatment. So please do not despair. If the time comes that you want to pursue hormone treatment, your doctor will be able to help you navigate whatever complications may arise. I myself am a trans person with PCOS who has an upcoming consultation to begin testosterone treatment, so I am familiar with the emotions you're feeling right now. If you ever want to talk privately, you are more than welcome to send me a direct message. Best of luck my friend.
