I had total knee replacement surgery 5 month ago I having trouble with my knee it's hurting and

My migraines were definitely influenced by surgeries. Ive learned to make sure that i am migraine free going into surgery or i will have long term terrible ones afterwards. (Luckily and unluckily, my worst was solved with needing another surgery 2 weeks later) This last surgery, i couldnt get the migraine completely gone before surgery. So ended up with 3x a day. Occupational therapist revommended physical therapist who specializes in Eye Movement Therapy - EMDR Trauma Therapy. Took migraine back to the typical 1x a day and only took about 8 sessions.

From what i read, it has to do with resetting the SNS (sympathetic nervous system).

I would definitely talk to your primary care . A month is a long time. If you talked to your surgeon, he would send you to your primary care.
