I would go see a doctor if I were you to just make sure it’s not serious or anything like strep throat

But I do recommend to definitely see a doctor; however, in the meantime why don’t you try to alleviate your pain with hot water and fresh lemon juice with honey or something like chicken soup. These things will make your cold or whatever virus or bacterial infection that is causing your sore throat to hurt will actually help make your sore throat feel better
