Dealing with Physical Pain from Reliving Anxious Moments

If I relive moments of my life that where anxious or impactful I get a physical hurting in my body I have no clue why and just want it to stop. also it only goes on for about a month after the event but it still hurts. Any advice I either want to stop myself from reliving them or stop the pain. Another note thank you to everyone I love this app it was exactly what I needed right now. 🤗

What kind of events are they(if you don't mind me asking) I had a similar experience with my body feeling like it got hit by a freight train after a couple deaths in my family. My therapist reminded me that sometimes when our mind feels like we're under attack, it assumes we got hurt somehow- it's essentially ghost pain. But for me, it only got better when I started to process my trauma and grief by sitting with their urns and "talking" to them

Same. I'm not as bad as before but I still get symptoms here and there 🤷🏾‍♀️
