Physical signs of anxiety have been sweaty/itchy palms, racing/intrusive thoughts, hives all over, sensitivity to noise, shaky hands, if sitting I will bounce my knee up n down, and if a severe attack my whole body would shiver and my teeth would chatter like I was in the freezing cold. For depression racing thoughts, lack of motivation/energy, lack of showing emotion (except irritation/anger), easily distracted, cannot stay focused, lack of concentration, the body moving slower than normal, lack of appetite for "real" food but will late night snack.

Faster heart-rate, feeling lightheaded, repetitive movements like tapping or fidgeting, stomach churning, hyper awareness of pretty much all the aches & pains in my body, and my legs also shake uncontrollably. For anxiety, but I cannot speak for depression
