Physical Symptoms of GAD: Anyone Else Experience This?

so many weird pains and stuff more after i had covid got worse

yes absolutely! recently ive been finding that if i ignore these first signs and go about my life without taking care of myself, my body will shut down with chronic pain and fatigue leaving me in bed for a couple of days. always listen to your body and rest <3

i feel that, covid definitely made that worse for me too. when things get really bad for me, i try to just take things one day at a time and make sure i'm doing at least one thing i enjoy every day even if its just getting my favorite candy or petting my cat. every effort counts!

thank you.. i am like when do i start to feel better its like i guess worse everyday with the physical stuff, .. my neck gets so stiff the my arm gets sore , then i think iam having a heart attack its a endless cycle ..
