Physical Therapy for Scoliosis: Experiences?

Hi, I found out I have mild scoliosis a while ago. At first I went to physical therapy but it actually caused more pain. What has your experience been with physical therapy?

I've had great experiences with PT, I'm sorry to hear yours has been bad. Did you talk to your PT team about your pain getting worse?

I recently started going and have been told I have very weak muscles in my back and legs. They gave me exercises at home and I go 1-2 times in person weekly. I can physically feel myself getting stronger, but there was one day after PT that my lower back was so sore I couldn't move without it being sore.
