Pinprick Pain in Feet and Legs

Does anyone else get "pinprick" pain in your feet and legs? Very short, localized pain that is more surprising than painful and feels like you just stepped on something sharp. If so, what have you found that helps reduce this?

I have this, I never knew what to call it. TMI but I get it right on my vagina and it’s embarrassing to be with people and randomly crunch my legs or jump out of my seat. I become a contortionist when it’s on my back or something. No clue what it is, don’t know how to help it, but wanted to share that you’re not alone and you’re heard. ❤️

I get this all over my back especially when wet. I normally find gently massaging the area and stretching it out sometimes helps but normally im forces to just wait it out. I hope you find a solution that works for you
