I mean I do but it’s probably for an unrelated reason. I have shingles and some kind of mystery nervous system disorder which causes pins and needles. However, you probably don’t have those things? I mean I’m really not trying to scare you I just want you to know that you’re not alone! Maybe talk to a doctor if it happens everyday tho. Just start small with your primary doctor and they can give you the best advice on how to move forward or treat it. Since it happens when you first wake up it may have something to do with increased blood flow as well. It may be as simple as a different sleeping position or pillow but once again, since I’m not a doctor I would recommend talking to your primary. I hope you feel better! <3

I have that super strange feeling too. I think it happens most often during times I am really stressed and/or overwhelmed. It happens just before I cry or have a panic attack. I don’t really think there’s a way to “fix” it and I don’t know if you think it’s relating to anxiety, but I totally experience the strange head tingles too!
