It’s never easy, I always have this horrible back pain along with it. I just push myself by taking a shower, and doing my morning routine as much as I can, and making myself feel more comfortable by wearing comfortable clothing, or perhaps getting a massage…working out helps .

I started acupuncture the beginning of this year for symptoms and it helped. Acupuncture can be a little pricey, but I live near a Chinese school of medicine and the interns do acupuncture for a fraction of the usual price.

Focus on a task that has to be done (mine is taking thyroid medications on time) and once I’m up talking to anyone, whether it be in person, online or even to a pet. Near breakfast I take a good amount of D3 and B12 with my coffee, sometimes that helps. Honestly sometimes I’m still so sluggish though, PMDD is horrid…

I have kids. So I just have to. It's really hard though.
