Honestly? Medical cannabis, particularly high-CBD strains, can calm a fit or rage or weepiness in 10 minutes. It's not a cure--you're trading suffering for high--but in a pinch, it can be a lifesaver for me. More proactively, I'm also committed to a daily meditation and journaling practice that helps me identify and manage flare thoughts/behaviors as they arrive, and process and move on from the fallout of a Hell Week.

❤️ I just started smoking cannabis about 12 days before my periods happen, and this last period was the most like I guess "almost" normal I felt in one my pmdd cycles. I'm like stressed out rn life too, and it worked great!

I can for real second this, I smoke Cannabis every single day and I differ between High CBD and Terps to High THC and CBD and low Terps to straight up High everything, I've been smoking for the past few years now and not just me but my family noticed a big change in me at just the first year, I was more calm and relaxed than I use to be a defenite 100 down to a 50

Hello! I’ve found that progesterone cream has been helpful in the Luteal phase for me. My mood and appetite has been wayyyy better since staring it. Though it has made my cycle a little longer

Cannabis right when the 2 week mark before my period starts, I also take vitamin D, B 12 and omega in the morning with tea. And then just start cracking out exersize and Journaling. It's proving to work so far! I'm really trying to avoid getting back on birth control or take meds.

Cannabis is my go-to. Birth control didn't help me. It made my symptoms all over the place with no good or bad weeks, just constant symptoms that were less intense but never ending. 🙃
