You catch these adorable pokemon while brushing your teeth and you get funny hats and stuff. It's really encouraging lol.

Omg. Yes I do! Its hard to even brush my teeth a few times a week. Or shower. It got worse as I got older, I had the pressure of social norms more when I was younger. I'm glad I'm not the only one. ADHD.

Sounds cool :) I brush in the shower in the morning but need help brushing before bed too

that's when I've been brushing too, but need to more often as well! Also, since this is somewhat similarly on topic, if you all are trying to get off of sugars like I am, Xylitol tastes good AND is good for your teeth!!

I also use baby tooth paste occasionally because it tastes better and brush in the shower so it feels easier
