Possible Bipolar II in ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression?

Does anyone have adhd and/or anxiety and/or depression and wonder if they might be developing bipolar II?

I wonder this all the time. It amplifies my emotions, especially anger and sadness. I tend to repeat a lot of negative thoughts and feelings and my mood changes very quickly and I get mood swings several times a day. I lowkey wonder if I am bipolar.

Yes! I thought I had ADHD for the longest time, but the meds they put me on didn't work. They ran some tests and found that I had bipolar disorder instead, so now I'm on a different medication and my quality of life is a lot better. One thing I would suggest is downloading a mood tracker like Moodflow and tracking your emotions for a month or two. That's what I did and it made things really clear

Yes, because my anxiety is so bad to the point where the littlest thing gets me mad and I hate it so much which just makes it worse, then the voices start

I mean I don't have voices in my head or anything but my professor at college said he was diagnosed with bipolar II around my age and he thinks my behaviors align with his experiences.
