I'm on bipolar medicine right now but they said they may take me off of it because it could make my DID worse

I have 9 alters and am currently not on any medications. I also have not been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, but I show a lot of the signs. Now that you've said this, I feel like being medicated for it should just be worse

Nope. It's kind of just a matter of attending therapy and learning to live with each other in harmony.

No medications for DID. As MiloSunshine mentioned, it's a lot of therapy; figuring out your triggers, figuring what your parts want and the reason they came into existence and trying to get them to all work together as best as possible
