Possible Stroke from Adderall?

I think I may have had a minor stroke in my sleep, and I know stress and high blood pressure can do that, so I'm wondering if my adderall caused one. Basically, the symptoms I've been having are not being able to sleep, having issues forming sentences and understanding sentences, high blood pressure, and headaches. Now, with that being said, I've only had issues sleeping the past 3 nights, and I correlated it with the adderall at first since i just started taking it again after a week. My heart has been pumping really hard, and I know that that's a thing that my adderall does normally. Turns out adderall increases blood pressure, which is often a cause for strokes. As for understanding/speaking languages, I've always had a problem with it, but I've been doing it so much that it's concerned me to the point of research. I literally tried to tell my mom something yesterday and I confused her because my words didn't make sense. Plus I've had a hard time understanding what my bf says, regardless of volume of him or anything else. I've always had bad headaches so thats not anything new, but I'm still having them regardless.

Definitely seek medical help if you suspect any serious medical event has occurred. This platform is not a source of qualified medical knowledge and any amount of time spent here trying to diagnose a potentially serious and immediate medical condition is time taken away from seeking out a professional who can actually help you, especially with something as well-understood as a stroke.

I actually happen to have appointments this morning, so I'm waiting on those to bring it up. I was hoping for maybe some reassurance or information that I might not have seen online while waiting
