Has anyone else developed post nasal drip + difficulty swallowing years after the initial development of ME symptoms? or have other ideas as to what it could be? it started a few months around the same all of my other symptoms got a lot worse from pushing myself too far and i’ve ruled out everything else i can think of: allergies/mold exposure, COVID, RSV + other respiratory viruses
