Discovering Post Socialization Depression - Seeking Support

I saw a pattern in my behavior so I did some research and I just learned what post socialization depression is. My question has anyone else here been experiencing it or heard of it before. I feel like this is something that's not well-known and it's a shame that therapist the least around here don't even talk about symptoms if you can't name them yourself. So because I don't have extension knowledge on the correct term to use when explaining my symptoms then I must not be experiencing them.
