Pounding Headache - Seeking Advice

Does anyone else experience pounding in their head? I haven’t had it in months like i did last night, and I have been doing so much better with my self care in the sense that I am regularly exercising and I am hydrating myself and eating tons of salt. I somehow have gotten it again and I can’t tell if it could be anxiety related (but that has been under control lately too) or maybe it is random or something completely different that i may need to look into. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem where in your head one part will have your heart beat and it will just annoy you to no end.

Try your trigger points! (https://archive.org/details/thetriggerpointtherapyworkbookpdfdrive.com) Most migraines/head throbbing can be relieved with pushing on the right trigger point!

Normally if I'm way stressed, I'll get pounding in my head and knots in my neck, shoulders, and the around the base of my skull. So maybe it's tension??

First of all, good for you for making all of those lifestyle changes! Sounds like you’re really making an effort and I’m glad to hear it's paying off 🏅. Have you ever had migraines? Do you also feel nausea when you have those headaches? Photophobic?
