If the fibromyalgia is so bad that I can't get out of bed then usually I do but most days no matter how much I'm in pain I just do it all I don't have any help I'm single and I live alone and it's just unreal when I go through trying to keep my house clean and the bed changed and stuff like that because I have chronic back pain and I have two torn rotator cuffs also I've got a new knee replacement I fell on 7 weeks post-op so it's not just the fibromyalgia pain sometimes I feel like if that's all it was I could tolerate it but this is just getting unreal how bad I hurt

I used to work through the pain but the wors the pain and then total numbness of limbs I have become best friends with procrastination. It's been a very hard adjustment for me as I was, almost feels like a dream, a perfectionist.
