Struggling with Procrastinating Rest

I’ve been having a hard type with procrastinating rest. Ill go to tap a nap and I’ll be exhausted siting up in bed for 3 hours before I even lay down. Advice?

I relate a lot. The only thing I've figured out so far is getting myself to excercise enough that I end up laying down and sleeping as soon as I get the opportunity because I'm so physically exhausted. But, then I still have trouble motivating myself to do that in the first place and procrastinate on that. 😅

Same! I live with my parents so a part of be feels like I need to be on call all the time so I get mad anxiety when I try to take time for myself

If you’re worried about sleeping too long if your parents need you maybe set an alarm for your naps? And could you let your parents know you’ll be resting for X mins and to wait until you’re up?
