I took Provera on top of my estrogen birth control and bled for about 10 months straight but I just switched to an all progesterone birth control called Norethindrone and so far my bleeding has stopped but it’s only been a few days since it stopped because I started 2 weeks ago. Hope this helps

what did you try if norethindrone didn’t work? I tried combo OCPs in the past and I really didn’t tolerate them well, but that was before my excision surgery so maybe it would be better now. Lost at what to try next! 😥

My bleeding was so bad that I had blood clots the size of your hand and then they had to do the d and c surgery

ugh I’m sorry to hear that. 5 is what I’m on now - clearly that’s not working for me but glad you’ve had some success!
