Struggling with Propranolol Side Effects

I just started propranolol and it's destroying me. I'm taking it for migraines but I also have pots and the side effects are so intense. I don't know if I should stick with it for a while or tell my doctor I want to try something else.

Hey, I also take propranolol. And when I first started taking it I felt so unwell, my pots was still awful, I felt sick and dizzy all the time, had no energy or any appetite at all. But after a couple weeks or so everything sort of started fading away and I felt as normal as I could. As I only take it for pots and has helped immensely. Hope this helps. I was prescribed that years ago for migraine prevention therapy at 60 mg xr. I only took it for two day due to my symptoms and to started bottoming out my BP. On the other hand my Cardiologist started me on a regimen of 10mg per day to help with my chronic Tachycardia and I can withstand that does but it did take a while for the initial symptoms to go away. I would say if the symptoms outway the benifit then talk it through with your doctor for advice.
