Allergic to Whey, Peanut, and Eggs: Need Protein Alternatives

Wanting to get healthy and lose weight by increasing protein, but I'm allergic to whey, peanut, and eggs. Any ideas besides plant based protein powder?

Are you a non meat eater? I use almond butter, foul & fish. Chicken Turkey and Salmon in particular agree with me. Especially if they weren’t fed soy.

I do eat meat, but don't want to overload on fats. I like fish and seafood alot. My other issue is time. I work a full time and part time job and have kids who are very active in sports. For example I only am game free this week on Wednesday. So quick and easy is necessary

Broccoli’s spinach asparagus and Brussell sprouts are great sources as well I like steamed or roasted on parchment paper best

Raw vegetables will fill you for sure. For me healthy fats are key for weight loss & overall health. Think village/cave days humans weren’t living on grains etc. Food prepping on Wednesday might be helpful?
