Desperate for Psoriasis Scalp Remedies

For as long as I can remember I’ve dealt with very acute psoriasis, specifically on my scalp. In the last 2-3 years my psoriasis has only gotten worse, and is now very bad on my scalp, back of neck, and face. I was wondering if anyone knows of any at home or natural remedies for psoriasis specifically on the scalp that won’t simultaneously destroy my hair? I’m really desperate and don’t have time to take off of work for to see a dermatologist in the close future. Any tips are appreciated!

Hi ive seen my derm since February she first prescribed me anti fungal shampoo called cicliopirox ($25 w/goodrx), salyclic acid 6% shampoo, and OTC Coal tar shampoo $5 or less, 2 of these you can buy in store, the 6% needs subscription but ive bought 3% on amazon. These help but scalp but not entirely. I also weekly apply a clobetasol 1% solution to my scalp before bed or during the day, but sometimes it just dries it out. The next step she suggests is oral pill called otezla or skyrizi stomach fat/upper thigh injections (biologics) every 4 months per year, so I am moving forward with the injections but requires bloodwork first, any questions just ask me!
