Struggling with Psoriasis and Unexplained Bruising

So I've had psoriasis since I was a kid, but lately, it's been really bad. I have spots everywhere on me, mainly on my knee, and they get super itchy. I have also been bruising everywhere. I have 9 bruises, and I don't know how I got them.

I have guttate psoriasis and have also been having issues with bruising. Sometimes I’ll know what it’s from. For example I barely brushed my leg against the corner of a coffee table. Instead of just bruising, the whole area puffed up too. I don’t feel that I should be bruising this easy. Does your skin puff up too with minor scrapes or bumps? Additionally, I most often hear easy bruising associated with iron deficiency or as a side effect with some medicines so it may help to check the side effects of your meds.

I have plaque psoriasis and over the this past summer I had spots all over my legs. Stress was what cause my psoriasis flare. Are you super stressed at all or in a bad environment? After I moved out of the toxic environment I was in, all of those spots on my legs cleared up almost instantly.

Don’t scratch! I have it on my head and gotten open sores, open for infections! Use cold compresses, baths, lotions. I got plaque psoriasis when my mom died. I use to have pretty hair now it falls out everywhere and I hate it.

I have it on my foot and I hate it sometimes it gets way too painful to walk. I have a cream that sort of works if I have it on there constantly
